Our telephones and emails are answered Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm and Saturdays from 10 am until 6 pm EST. It is our goal to respond to voicemails and emails within 1 to 2 business days. 

  • Estimated Shipping Times: 2 to 3 weeks after payment is received

    If your item(s) is/are being delivered with a white glove carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Damages or defects or missing items must be noted on the receipt with the carrier.

    In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by phone or email.

  • If your item is being delivered with an oversize or white glove carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Damages or defects or missing items must be noted on the receipt with the carrier. If the receipt from the carrier is signed and issues are not notated, Hyer Home is not responsible for any defects or damages found after delivery is completed.

  • We are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and Hyer Home understands that, occasionally, you may need to return or exchange merchandise, and we are happy to consider your request.  However, Hyer Home reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange request.
