Meet Lauren
Owner & Director of Operations
Born and raised in Hickory, North Carolina—an area known for its furniture craftsmanship—Lauren grew up surrounded by the industry, with two generations of family experience in furniture and shipping. Her early exposure to high-end furnishings shaped her appreciation for intentional, elevated design.
After years of vacationing in Charleston, she made the city home and earned her Business degree from the College of Charleston. A mentor introduced her to real estate early in college, and she went on to become a residential agent with Dunes Properties, where she remains active today.
At Hyer Home, Lauren blends her background in furniture, design, and real estate to create curated spaces that help listings stand out—and feel like home.
