CO-FOUNDER & Lead Designer
Hanna Grew Up In Wilmington, Delaware, and Was Born Into An Entrepreneurial Environment, With Business Talk Always Swirling Around The Dinner Table. These Conversations And Lessons Gave Her The Confidence To One Day Find Something That She Is Passionate About and run with it.
A Few Short Months Into College At The College Of Charleston, She Fell Head Over Heels With The Charming City And The Carefully Crafted Real Estate That Surrounded Her In Downtown Charleston. Coming From The North Where That Type Of Architectural Design Is Less Prevalent, Hanna Quickly Realized Her Love For All Types Of Design, Interior And Exterior. She Paved The Way For The Real Estate Program At The College And Went Full Force Learning All She Could About Business And Real Estate.
After A Job At A Local Chandelier/Home Decor Shop, A Real Estate Internship, It All Makes Sense That She Decided To Pair Her Real Estate License With A Staging And Interior Design Company.

Lauren Was Born And Raised In The Foothills Of North Carolina. Her Small Hometown Of Hickory Has A Rich History Of Craftsmanship And Is Considered A Furniture Shopping Destination. With Two Generations Before Her In The Furniture And Shipping Industries, Lauren Established An Appreciation Early On For High-End Furniture. She Spent Her Childhood Running Around Her Dad’s Warehouse Filled With Furniture From All Over.
Lauren Always Had A Deep Admiration For Charleston. She Grew Up Vacationing On The Isle Of Palms. She Followed Her Love For The Beach And The Holy City To The College Of Charleston, Where She Earned A Degree In Business Administration.
She Found A Mentor In The Real Estate World During Her Second Year Of College And Fell In Love With The Idea Of Joining The Industry. She Went On To Land A Job As A Residential Agent At The Exchange Company, Where She Actively Holds Her License Today.
Fast Forward To Now, And Working At Hyer Home Could Not Be More Fitting. It Is A Mix Of Everything That Inspires Her: High-Quality Furniture & Interiors, Real Estate, And Helping Others.

Designer and Project Manager
New Jersey Native Turned Charleston Local, Elizabeth ‘Lizzie’ Nowell Started Her Career In The Housing/Design Industry After Receiving Two Degrees From Virginia Tech. After learning the ins and outs of Residential Construction from a custom home builder, a Cabinet Designer And Showroom and a Supply Company , She Decided To Make The Move Down South. Elizabeth decided to Put Her Passions To Work and That's Where She Found Hyer Home.
